Acceptable use
Do not use AnimalJokes.com to submit or transmit credible threats, targeted harassment, unlawful content, malicious material, spam, attempts to compromise the service, or content intended to facilitate abuse or harm.
Community submissions
By submitting a joke, you confirm that you created it or have the right to submit it and grant AnimalJokes.com permission to edit, publish, reproduce, promote, distribute, and commercially use the submission consistent with the credit option you select. Submission does not guarantee publication.
We may reject, remove, edit, unpublish, or investigate submissions when reasonably necessary for quality, rights, safety, security, legal, or operational reasons.
Security incidents and preservation
AnimalJokes.com may use limited technical information to prevent spam and abuse and to protect the service. If we reasonably believe a submission or use of the service involves a credible threat, serious abuse, security incident, legal obligation, dispute, or lawful investigation, we may preserve relevant content, account or contact information, request metadata, and moderation records beyond ordinary retention periods.
We may cooperate with valid legal process and lawful requests from appropriate authorities. Preservation does not mean information will be disclosed without an appropriate legal or safety basis.
No guarantee of availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every joke, submission, or feature will remain available.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, including the normal 30-day retention period for raw IP and related short-term security metadata associated with joke submissions.
